In compliance with Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, implementing the Law 1581 of 2012, COMPETENCIA HUMANA SAS, identified with NIT 90030394-1 and located in Bogotá D.C., as a consulting company in products and services for human talent management, is allowed to request authorization from any natural person who is the owner of personal data to continue processing their personal data in accordance with the privacy policies established under the parameters of Law 1581 of 2012 for the Protection of Personal Data in Colombia.

In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, which establish the general framework and regulate the General Data Protection Regime, COMPETENCIA HUMANA SAS is responsible for processing (collecting, storing, using, circulating or deleting) personal data and sensitive data, incorporated into our databases in the development of our corporate purpose. Additionally, considering that in some events sensitive information has been collected, we inform its holders that it is their full right to supply or not this type of information, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation. Therefore, sensitive data shall be understood as those data that affect the intimacy of the Holder or whose improper use may generate discrimination, such as those that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in unions, social organizations, human rights organizations or that promote the interests of any political party or that guarantee the rights and guarantees of political parties in opposition, as well as data related to health, sexual life and biometric data.

The holders of personal data may exercise their rights to know, update, rectify and delete their personal data by sending their written request in person to Cra. 11 N. 90 07 Of 602 in the city of Bogotá, in the terms established in the aforementioned laws and in the company’s information processing policies, which are available on the website www.competenciahumana.com. The omission by the holder of the data to communicate their decision within 30 business days from the date of this publication to request the deletion of this data, enables the COMPANY to continue processing data in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013.
